Integrating physical & digital touch points, negative spaces with informative trivia, differentiating details , process orientation etc to inform , educate and aspire the customer and enhance the buying and selecting experience formed a core of our proposition.
Interactive meeting rooms,self explanatory material library( info boards) and developing thematic display sets which aligned with brand’s identity and messaging. This project included a detailed VM and communication plan for the experience center of brand ‘Arrivae’ , which demystifiedthe brand for its ultimate user through a seamless and logical progression, telling a cohesive story about the products andservices.
